Insight: Man being created in the image of God,
shows the world that he is a disciple by showing his love for one another.
Being a Disciple
And I heard the number
of those who were sealed.
One hundred and forty-four thousand
of all the tribes of the
children of Israel were sealed.

Therefore be imitators of God as dear children. And walk in love, as Christ also has loved us and given Himself for us, an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweet-smelling aroma. Ephesians 5:1-2

Jesus gives us at least 3 indicators that
what a disciple is:
"...abide in my word..." John 8:31
"...have love one to another..." John 13:35
"...bear much fruit..." John 15:8
"One gross generalization that can be made about ineffective, modern discipleship methods is the emphasis on learning over the pursuit of real and personal relationships between disciples."

What is a Disciple?

Discipleship is often viewed as a mere "afterthought" to evangelism,
relegated to new believers.
Then Jesus went about all the cities and villages, teaching in their synagogues,
preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing every sickness
and every disease among the people.
Mathew 9:35
A disciple is not above his teacher, but everyone who is perfectly trained will be like his teacher." Luke 6:40
