The Gospel of the Kingdom of God
Five Streams of Revelation - On the Unity of Believers
On to the New Garden of Eden

"But we are bound to give thanks to God always for you,
brethren beloved by the Lord, because God from the beginning chose you
for salvation through sanctification by the Spirit and belief in the truth,
to which He called you by our gospel,
for the obtaining of the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ. 2 Thessalonians 2:13-16
Insight: Sanctification is the process of becoming more Holy

Stream 1E: The Holiness Stream
Sanctification

For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities,
against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age,
against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.
Therefore take up the whole armor of God,
that you may be able to withstand in the evil day,
and having done all, to stand.
Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth,
having put on the breastplate of righteousness,
and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace;
above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will be able
to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one. Ephesians 6:12-16 (NKJV)

However, now, freed from sin and enslaved to God, you do get the benefit —
it consists in being made holy, set apart for God, and its end result is eternal life. For what one earns from sin is death; but eternal life is what one receives as a free gift from God, in union with the Messiah Yeshua, our Lord.

Do we then make void
the law through faith?
Certainly not!
On the contrary, we establish the law. Rom 3:31
Therefore, what conclusion should we reach? “Let’s go on sinning, because we’re not under legalism but under grace”? Heaven forbid! Romans 6:15

"But in a great house there are not only vessels of gold and silver,
but also of wood and clay, some for honor and some for dishonor.
Therefore if anyone cleanses himself from the latter,
he will be a vessel for honor, sanctified and useful for the Master,
prepared for every good work.
Flee also youthful lusts; but pursue righteousness, faith, love, peace
with those who call on the Lord out of a pure heart.
But avoid foolish and ignorant disputes, knowing that they generate strife.
And a servant of the Lord must not quarrel but be gentle to all,
able to teach, patient, in humility correcting those who are in opposition,
if God perhaps will grant them repentance, so that they may know the truth,
and that they may come to their senses and escape the snare of the devil,
having been taken captive by him to do his will." 2 Timothy 2:20-26

"By that will we have been sanctified through the offering of
the body of Jesus Christ once for all.
Christ’s Death Perfects the Sanctified...
But this Man, after He had offered one sacrifice for sins forever, sat down at the right hand of God, from that time waiting till His enemies are made His footstool. For by one offering He has perfected forever those who are being sanctified." Hebrews 10:10-14

"For this is the will of God,
your sanctification: that you should abstain from sexual immorality;
that each of you should know how to possess his own vessel in sanctification
and honor, not in passion of lust,
like the Gentiles who do not know God; that no one should take advantage of and defraud his brother in this matter, because the Lord is the avenger of all such, as we also forewarned you and testified. For God did not call us to uncleanness, but in holiness.
Therefore he who rejects this does not reject man, but God, who has also given us His Holy Spirit." 1 Thessalonians 4:3-8

"Therefore, my beloved, as you have always obeyed, not as in my presence only,
but now much more in my absence,
work out your own salvation with fear and trembling; for it is God who works in you both to will and to do for His good pleasure." Phillipians 2:12-13

"I will deliver you from the Jewish people,
as well as from the Gentiles,
to whom I now send you,
to open their eyes, in order to turn
them from darkness to light,
and from the power of Satan to God,
that they may receive forgiveness of sins and an inheritance among those who are sanctified by faith in Me."
